Can anyone give their own description on what life is like living in a rust belt city?

I want just wondering if anyone would be willing to say what their life is like living in the rust belt. Also, what goes in the rust belt city they live in? Is there any solution they can think of on what can sove the problem and what does the future hold for the rust belt region and the people that live in it?|||I use to live in Youngstown, and could get a good job there so we had to move away, they need more new industry. Every other day another business was laying off or closing, it is just spiraling down.|||People tell me I have a corrosive personality, and others say it is rotten.
