Why has a life belt came up on my laptop and how can i fix it?

I'm sorry for the trouble you're having with your computer. My best guess it that you have a severe PEBKAC problem. These are especially nasty, as they seem to follow the user to each computer he/she uses. I hate to be the one to tell you this, but there is no answer to your problem to be had on the internet. You should probably just go ahead and get rid of your computer, and try to avoid using others as much as you possibly can, just to contain the PEBKAC. Good luck with that.
