Life span on a balance shaft belt?

i need to know whats the mileage that a balance shaft belt need to be replace belt. I replace mine when I got the car at 130000 along with the water pump and timing belt. So those that mean it needs to be replace when its timed to change the timing belt|||Different manufacturers have mileage intervals from 60k up... the belt should be


replaced along with the timing belt as well as the V-belts or Serpentine belts...|||Thanks - this was very helpful. My mechanic said I needed to replace the timing belt, serpentine belt and balance shaft belt. Another mechanic said I should change the water pump but I realize that you have to take that off to replace a belt and they just do it. But that's about $200....
