If you've ever watched 'scared straight' i think there is a part where one of the inmates is taking about this.|||i would imagine it mean submission, eg the holder is the holdees b****|||For one thing there are no belts and or belt loops in prisons and there no such thing as a coed prison so it would have to be all male
