Where do you get life orb,muscle band, and expert belt in pearl or other games(not diamond)?

it's for my infernape|||Go to the battle tower after beating the Elite Four. You can purchase those items with the Battle Points you win at the Battle Tower. The shop is right outside the battle tower.
